She warned that any peace tracks coming from abroad will increase the cost of liberation, complicate the scene, and delay the establishment of the state.

Awsan delivered three strategic messages: She called on political forces to unite in confronting the coup, urged the Presidential Leadership Council to guard against divisions and stressed the need to unify the army under one banner, and called on the Yemeni people to remain vigilant, escalate resistance action, and reject a return to the cycle of division that threatens national identity.

The Head of the Women’s Department stressed that Yemeni women are no longer merely background supporters, but genuine partners in the national battle and a vital bridge linking society to state institutions, describing them as the “guardians of the idea of the state” due to their essential role in raising a generation that believes in rights and duties.

For his part, the Deputy Chairman of the Council, Dr. Abdulhameed Amer, addressed in his paper the dimensions of the modern state based on popular legitimacy and the rule of law, affirming that the true measure of a state’s strength lies in its ability to enforce order, protect diversity, and achieve sustainable development that preserves citizens’ dignity.

Meanwhile, Dr. Abdulkhaliq Al-Radaei, in the third segment, reviewed the factors that led to the looting and fall of the state into the hands of the Houthi militia, most notably the fragility of the social contract. He outlined a practical path to restoration based on unifying all legitimate formations, enhancing political and economic independence, and presenting a model of institutional success in the liberated areas.

The seminar was enriched by valuable interventions from attendees, who praised the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance’s focus on activating women’s leadership role and developing their capacities to serve supreme national goals and restore the state’s entity.

*Head of the Women’s Department at the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance: No restoration of the Yemeni state except through an inclusive project and a purely national decision* Marib: Special
