Marib: A Ramadan gathering of the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance brings together leaders and dignitaries from the regions of Al-Jund and Aden
Marib (Specific Source): The Supreme Council of Popular Resistance organized a Ramadan gathering for leaders and sheikhs of the popular resistance in the regions of Al-Jund and Aden, in Marib Governorate.
During the meeting, the head of the Supreme Council, Sheikh Hamoud Said Al-Makhlafi, delivered a speech via video link, addressing the national positions of the people of Al-Jund and Aden in confronting the Houthi coup and their great sacrifices in restoring the state.
Al-Makhlafi praised the heroes of the army and popular resistance on all battlefronts across the country, affirming that Marib is the steadfast republican stronghold that has sheltered resistance fighters from all governorates and foiled the Houthi coup project.
He emphasized the importance of unity, gathering words, and popular support for the political leadership, reaffirming full support for the decisions of the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, and appreciating the support announced by the Saudi brothers yesterday, which confirms the kingdom’s permanent and brotherly stand with the Yemeni people.
Several leaders and dignitaries spoke during the meeting, reaffirming the popular resistance’s commitment to strengthening national unity, praising the role of the Supreme Council of Popular Resistance led by Sheikh Hamoud Said Al-Makhlafi, and its struggle history and national positions in critical moments, affirming that the popular resistance is the carrier of the national project and will remain with the people and their cause until the state is restored and the aspired Yemen is built.
