Statement of Condemnation and Denunciation
With feelings of anger, condemnation, and outrage, the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance and the Yemeni people express their rejection of the racist and abhorrent audacity of the “Knesset” of the usurping Israeli entity, in approving a law stipulating the “death penalty” for Palestinian prisoners who face occupation and have no means left but to resist.
This decision represents a continuation of the brutality exercised by the usurping Zionist entity against the Palestinian people in the occupied territories, and confirms that this entity, which has committed the most heinous massacres in Gaza and drowned it in a sea of blood, is proceeding with a systematic policy of liquidation against the Palestinian people, amidst shameful international silence and blatant inability to curb this entity’s arrogance and defiance of international will, international law, and human rights as stipulated by divine laws.
In light of this arrogance, disdain, and harm inflicted by this Zionist entity on our Palestinian people, the Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance in Yemen affirms the following:
– Firstly, the occupation’s move is a blatant expression of bankruptcy, defeat, and psychological breakdown in the face of Palestinian steadfastness and determination, a futile attempt to break their will, and a futile attempt to intimidate a people who see martyrdom as life and freedom as an uncompromising destiny.
– Secondly, the Israeli entity’s aggression in the region and its bloodshed are a direct result of international silence and complicity, American support, and direct partnership in this entity’s crimes, turning it into a malignant cancer threatening the region’s security, stability, and future.
– Thirdly, the Zionist entity’s futile wars and expansionist project based on killing, displacement, and domination pose an existential threat to the entire region and international security and peace, necessitating a unified Arab and Islamic stance commensurate with the threat.
– Fourthly, the council calls on the Arab and Islamic nations and free people of the world to take urgent and effective action, escalating all forms of pressure to confront this crime, and working to prosecute occupation leaders as war criminals before international courts, exposing their crimes in all forums.
The Supreme Council of the Popular Resistance in Yemen, reaffirming its firm and committed stance to the just Palestinian cause, affirms its full support for the Palestinian people’s struggle and their legitimate right to resist occupation by all legitimate means until they achieve their freedom, reclaim their land, and establish their independent state with full sovereignty.
