UK Ambassador Praises Her Meeting with Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mekhlafi

The UK Ambassador to Yemen, Abda Sharif, praised her productive meeting with the Head of the Supreme Council for Popular Resistance, Sheikh Hamoud Saeed Al-Mekhlafi, which was held in the British capital, London.

The official website of the British Embassy stated that the meeting witnessed a renewed affirmation of several fundamental constants, foremost among them support for Yemen’s state institutions and strengthening their role in a way that contributes to entrenching stability in the country.

On the humanitarian side, the meeting stressed the importance of providing humanitarian aid to meet the urgent needs of the Yemeni people.
