Sheikh Ali bin Farid Al-Awlaqi, Chairman of the Popular Resistance Council in Shabwa Governorate, affirmed the importance of unifying ranks and integrating roles among the various national components, in a way that enhances security and stability and serves the people of the governorate.
This came during a meeting that brought together the Council leadership, chaired by Sheikh Al-Awlaqi, with the Governor of the governorate, Chairman of the Local Council Awadh Mohammed bin Al-Wazir, where developments in the governorate were discussed, along with ways to enhance national partnership and unify efforts to serve the public interest.
Sheikh Al-Awlaqi said that the Popular Resistance stands alongside all national efforts aimed at consolidating security and stability, stressing the importance of working in a spirit of partnership and integration among the various national forces to confront challenges and strengthen the development path in the governorate.
He emphasized that the current phase requires prioritizing the national interest and unifying energies and resources to serve the people of Shabwa, affirming the Council’s support for the local authority in everything that serves the governorate and its people.
For his part, Shabwa Governor Awadh Mohammed bin Al-Wazir valued the initiative of the Popular Resistance Council in the governorate, describing it as a responsible national step that contributes to strengthening national cohesion and integrating efforts among the various components, in a way that supports the governorate’s stability and preserves its gains.
